Emulating writers and adventures such as Henry David Thoreau, Dick Proenneke or Sylvain Tesson, José Díaz, a photographer and naturalist, embarks on a unique adventure: to live for a hundred days in a cabin in the Mountains of Redes Natural Park (Asturias) in complete self-sufficiency and solitude, without communication with the outside world. José will show us with rigor and truthfulness how it is still possible in our frantic world, to live in harmony with nature, questioning the so-called "progress" and pleading for a return to our roots, to the essential. He will have to fight to survive and also to keep his mental faculties intact, without being carried away by loneliness and isolation.
