Arts & CultureIt is not surprising that a landscape like ours inspires stunning creativity! Jackson Hole is a thriving arts community, with more than 40 galleries and over 200 professional artists-in-residence! September is an official month of celebration with the Fall Arts Festival running Sept. 5-15 and the Art Association’s 50th Anniversary Celebration on the 20th. Destination Wellness kicks off with the third marathon, relay & half marathon on Sept. 22. Sports & RecreationWith Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and Bridger-Teton National Forest in handy reach, the options for activities are practically endless! Nature hikes, wildlife photo expeditions, fishing, rock climbing, scenic raft trips, hot air ballooning, trail rides, hot springs and biking are only a few of the many possibilities. You can make arrangements for guided excursions through your hotel, and there are several gear rental shops that provide bikes, kayaks, canoes and rafts if you prefer to strike out on your own. If you need a bit of rejuvenation, there are literally dozens of spa options for you to consider!
