SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: November 30, 2010
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Submitted programs must have been completed after January 1, 2000.
Submissions in all official UN languages (English, French, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and Spanish) are welcomed.
Programs in a language other than English must be subtitled in English for Festival presentation.
Programs entering the “short” category must have a running time of less than 15 minutes.
SUBMISSION MATERIALS:
Completed submission form, submitted electronically via Withoutabox.com.
Preview DVDs (Region 0 or 1 and NTSC preferred).
For all entries, submit 3 DVDs, entry fee payment, and completed entry form.
All submission materials must be delivered together in one package. If completing your submission form online, do not deliver your submission materials until you have completed your online entry and be sure that your online entry number is printed clearly on all materials.
RIGHTS & CLEARANCES:
INTERNATIONAL FOREST FILM FESTIVAL expects all applicants to secure music and talent rights to their films for festival exhibition. It is the sole responsibility of the entity submitting the project to secure permission from the copyright holder of the material in question. INTERNATIONAL FOREST FILM FESTIVAL will not be held responsible for any inclusion of uncleared copyrighted materials in your film. In order to submit, you must agree to the Terms of Entry listed at the end of the online application.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
If your film is selected for exhibition, please be advised that the Festival will require:
- The highest quality format possible with HDCam, or DigiBeta (NTSC) or Blu-Ray format preferred.
- Biographies of key production personnel
- A one-minute clip to present on website (watermarked by UNFF)
- Electronic press kits with photo stills (color and black & white). No paper press kits are accepted.
- An electronic press kit can be submitted on a separate DVD or CD or delivered electronically. The name of the film and "press kit" must be written directly on the disc.
ENTRY FEES:
Payment in US dollars may be made by check, money order, American Express, Visa, or Mastercard. Checks or money orders (from a US bank in US Dollars only) should be made payable to “International Forest Film Festival”. The film title must be clearly printed on all checks/money orders. Do not send cash.
LABELING:
For all submissions, include the title and the running time on the DVD itself.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES:
You may submit more than one entry, but each one must be on a separate DVD and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form and entry fee.
SHIPPING:
All costs for shipping submission materials to and from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA, are the responsibility of the sender. Ship your DVD in a protective envelope. The Festival recommends bubble-pack envelopes over fiber-pack envelopes as the fiber type can lead to damaged DVDs and DVD players. The Festival is not responsible for damage to submitted materials incurred in shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ENTRIES:
All entries from outside the US should be sent Air Mail Registered or by Federal Express. We cannot accept entries shipped via air-freight if customs and delivery fees have not been paid.
RETURN OF ENTRIES:
Unless indicated on the submission form, preview DVDs will not be returned. To have your DVDs returned, you must pay an additional return fee of US $12.00 (domestic) or US $20 (international). Do not include pre-paid envelopes for the return of DVDs. DVDs that are not pre-paid for return will be recycled. Submitted press materials will not be returned.
