The 2009 Film Competition closed with 425 films from 25 countries entered into more than 750 categories. Finalists are online. Click here to download the 2009 Film Directory.

With more than 20 award categories, submitted programs may originate in any format and be produced for commercial theater, television broadcast, internet and special venue or public media distribution.

Programs must be completed between June 1, 2007 & May 31, 2009, but need not have been broadcast or publicly exhibited.
