Festival, 2009
The next Wildlife Film Festival and Film Competition is slated for Sept 28 - Oct 2, 2009. When Wyoming is at its blazing finest, broadcasters, filmmakers and other media professionals will join scientists, journalists and conservation leaders from around the world for the 10th Anniversary retrospective covering the last 20 years of natural history filmmaking.
Immediately preceding and following the industry conference, the local community will enjoy theatrical screenings with filmmaker Q&A, keynote events with noted conservationists and special screening events for area schoolchildren. Mark your calendars now to celebrate the moving image and its power to further a greater appreciation of the natural world.
