REGISTRATION Online registration is now closed. A limited number of Symposium passes and workshop passes will be available for purchase, onsite. Pass descriptions and rates are as follows: Full Event Pass - $385.00 available onsite Access to all panels, exhibits, lunches, and receptions, October 4-5. Event Pass Day #1 - $200.00 available onsite Access to all panels, exhibits, lunch, and reception on the first day (Oct. 4). Event Pass Day #2 - $200.00 available onsite Access to all panels, exhibits, lunch, and reception on the second day (Oct. 5). Post-Event Workshops - $50.00 available onsite Pass to the additional day of workshops post-Symposium, Friday, Oct. 6. Visit Agenda for more details regarding workshop curriculum. CONFERENCE DATES & LOCATION October 4-5, 2006 Skirball Cultural Center 2701 North Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90049 POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS October 6, 2006, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Skirball Cultural Center A series of 90-minute workshops covering Panasonic and Sony cameras, as well as workflow using the Final Cut Pro Studio. Lunch is included with workshops registration. Registration Confirmation The Festival Office will confirm receipt of registration and payment via e-mail. Event Credentials Passes, badges and information packets will be available onsite, at the event venue (Skirball Cultural Center). Email Updates All those registered for Jackson Hole Tech Symposium 2006 will be subscribed to the Festival's e-email newsletter. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time, via the unsubscribe instructions included with each email. However, e-mail is the primary means for sending agenda updates, special announcements, and speakers notices relating to the Symposium. We strongly suggest you do not unsubscribe until after the event, if you choose to do so. Cancellation Policy The Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival Office must receive written notice of a cancellation. Cancellations received by September 1 will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. After September 1, there will be no refunds.
Should events beyond the Festival's control, such as strikes, acts of God, or civil disturbance, materially affect the Festivalís ability to proceed, Festival registration fees only shall be refunded without prejudice or penalty. Updated: 10/04/06 |
