TERRA
Long
before “Meerkat Manor” was cool, George Potter lived
in the Kalahari Desert with meerkats in one of his
first zoological adventures. Southern and Eastern Africa and South America
followed, as George traveled the world researching social mammals. It wasn’t
long before he decided to combine his passion for story
telling and the amazing behavior he was observing in these exotic
species, by making wildlife films. Currently a grad student in Science and
Natural History Filmmaking and the senior producer of the multi-award winning
podcast and PBS series “Terra: The Nature of Our World”, George resides in the
mountains of Montana and heads home to Australia as much as possible.
